Natural Vitamins for Hair Growth

leave a comment

Nutrients and herbs can affect your hair growth in a positive or negative way. Nutritional diet vitamin and amino acid supplements act upon your hair follicles in different ways. The mineral rich and vitamin supplements can directly stimulate or inhibit the hair growth. They may also act indirectly through other intermediaries. For example, they may cause production of a hormone that can influence the growth of hair follicles. Their influence on hormone activity can influence the activity of hair follicles. Some minerals and vitamins can also influence the work of another vitamin and minerals. For ex, lysine, vitamin B12 and vitamin C are helpful in absorption of iron.

Vitamins for hair and hair growth

Vitamin C helps in the absorption of other factors. But the most important vitamin for hair growth is vitamin E. It provides good blood circulation to scalp and helps in increasing the uptake of oxygen. Other common ingredients like the amino acids – L-Cysteine and L-methioine are also useful. Though they are necessary for healthy hair growth, even an unhealthy diet contains these amino acids. So supplementation is not necessary.

Vitamin supplements’ vitamins

There are many vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements in the market that help promote healthy hair growth. These vitamin supplements are popular by different names like liquid vitamin supplements, daily vitamin supplements, natural vitamin supplements and nutritional vitamin supplements. They are also known by names like mail order vitamin supplements.

With few exceptions like vitamin A and Folic acid, these supplements are found to be not harmful for hair growth. But the actual cause of hair loss has to be understood before deciding on which supplement to use. Apart from it you should also understand how the active ingredients in the supplements interact with your hair follicles.

Vitamin and herbal supplements

It is advisable to depend on the fresh foods or natural vitamins supplements. Typically, there will be more vitamins and minerals in fresh foods.

Hair loss vitamins and minerals

It is a mere waste of your time if you search for vitamin supplements without getting the deficiency detected by a blood test. Get a comprehensive test done to check vitamin and mineral levels. The deficiency of one or more of the following can be a cause of hair loss: serum ferritin, serum iron, and total iron binding capacity – serum zinc. The following deficiencies can directly affect your hair growth: vitamin (H) biotin, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. Biotin and B6 deficiencies are the causes of hair loss in majority. Only if you find such deficiency detected in the tests, you have to use the vitamin supplements. So the more important thing is to get all the natural supplements by taking a balanced diet.

Glycolic acid peel and chemical peel for acne

leave a comment

Exfoliating the top layer of the skin with help of certain acids is known as “skin peeling”. These types of peels are of two types – chemical and fruit peels. Chemical peels contain acids like trichloroacetic acid and fruit peels contain acid, which is extracted from sugarcane known as glycolic acid.

Peeling action of these peels highly depends on the strength of the acids and sensitivity of the skin on which they work. These peels help skin to get rid of acne scars, fine lines and blemishes.

Method of applying lipstick to hide flaws of lips

leave a comment

lipcare1.jpgLips are generally dependent on the size and shape of the face. Makeup could hide the flaws of lips inline with the shape of the mouth. Makeup if done nicely could alter the appearance of the mouth and face.

For women with drooping mouth, emphasize the dip in the center of the lips and powder the corners. Apply a darker shade of the lipstick at the corner of the upper lips. Now finish of applying lipstick with a gloss at the center of the mouth.

For women with pouting lips, paint out the dip. Accentuate the depth of the upper lips. Use a slightly darker shade for the lower lip drawn a little within the natural contour of the lip.

For women with small mouth, use a darker shade of lipstick on the upper lips and draw in the cleft. Give squarer shape to the lower lips and apply a little gloss towards the corners.

For women with thin lips, outline the mouth fully going beyond a little after the limits of the lips. Use a darker shade of lipstick on the lower lip. Draw the corners upwards and outline the cleft distinctly.

Makeup Beauty Tips

leave a comment

Makeup Beauty TipsThere are many makeup beauty tips that you can find on the web.  But, what you really need to know are the basics.  These tips can help you to get that natural glow, that stylish flare or that simple you look.  There are many things that you can do to your hair and face but going back to the basics just makes everything that much better.  Beauty tips that matter are those that start with the basics.

Here are some of the tips that you will want to keep in mind when it comes to your makeup application and choices.  Take a bit more time next time you make a purchase or apply makeup and see if these tips will make a difference in your look.

  • Natural works best.  You have heard it before.  Natural looking makeup is probably the most essential tip that you can find.  Because it is natural looking, you do not stand out or look different.  Rather you look like you are a natural born beauty, with little to no makeup on.  While it may not be your thing, it is quite the rage.  Look for colors that complement your complexion rather than change it.  Your foundation should match your skin tone.  This will create a natural look that is perfect.
  • Start with base.  Those that do not use base or foundation are those that do not have a nice, even tone to their face.  Since most faces are a mixture of colors, textures and oils, you’ll want a foundation that matches the color but evens out the various tones in your skin.  Foundation can also help to hide those things you do not want people to notice as well.  Selecting the right foundation is crucial.  Always look for a color that matches your natural color.  That is the best look to go with.
  • Dramatic.  If you would like a dramatic look to your make up, then go for it.  You can change up the look of your makeup to fit the look you are after, by all means.  Here, consider using a lighter tone of foundation, dark eye liner as well as a lip liner.  These things will help the makeup features that you apply to stand out more so.  You can create all sorts of looks in this manner.

Today, makeup can be used as a form of expression as well as a form of style.  You can make makeup be anything that you would like it to be as long as it represents who you are.  Natural or dramatic, the option is yours.  Use a good quality product and apply it correctly and you can transform your look to fit you perfectly.
