Shaving is quick, hassle free and inexpensive way of getting rid of unwanted hairs. Lets have a look at some of the tricks and tips for shaving in women:  

  • Which part of body could be shaved?: Underarms, legs, hands, pubic region etc.
  • How to perform shaving in a better way?
  • Take a hot water bath before going for shaving.
  • Use Glycerin based shaving cream which softens your skin and acts as a protective barrier between the blade and your skin.
  • Use a lot of hot water to make your hairs soft. Use circular motion while applying cream to lift the hairs away. Using too much of cream could gunk up the razor. leave it for 3-4 minutes and the hairs will expand in volume and become soft which will be easier to cut.
  • Shave in the same direction as the hair grows and keep an angle of 28 to 32 degrees while shaving.
  • In case there is some minor cuts, put a wet tea bag next to the skin.
  • Splash the skin with cold water and apply a moisturizer with sunscreen.
  • Underarms should be shaved in night. Use deo sprays next morning.

Green tea preparation could be in the form of cream, pills or straight tea. When taken after meal, it helps in digestion of food and detoxify system which in turn distroys toxins which cause acne. In addition to acne cure green tea is also known for its natural antiaging properties and for its Sun protection factor (SPF) which is nearly equal to 50.

Proper presence of vitamins and minerals in your diet could help as these maintain strong connective tissues. 

Bad news – You could hardly do anything to get rid of stretch marks once they are formed. Treatment or cosmetics have little to no effect on it. However it could fade with time but do not expect it to disappear completely.

  • To prevent staining of teeth, bring your lips to O shape before you apply lipstick

  • Use lighter shade of lipstick on the smaller lips if one of your lips is larger then other.
  • Apply lip color on lipsticks to smoothen your lips. Remember to rub them gently with a washcloth.

  • Wear minimum clothes. Women could wrap themselves in minimum loin clothes. Men can go with underwear.
  • Drink minimum 2 glasses of cold water.
  • Protect your head with cold towel.
  • 10 to 20 minutes of steam bath is enough.
  • Take cold shower immediately after the bath.
  • Don’t lie on floor with face covered. If you go unconscious due to profuse sweating or other reasons, somebody could come for your rescue.
  • Do not go for a steam bath if you are:
    • Feeling weak
    • People suffering from high blood pressure
    • Cardiac patients
    • Pregnant women
  • Wash your face and drink water immediately if you feel giddy or uneasy.

Have you brought one for yourself long back and stashed it somewhere in the recesses of cupboard? Well not to worry as now you can get them out and wear them. Ensure that your legs are in shape before wearing them and worth flaunting, slim and well toned. Well if you need all this then you have to make serious efforts. Just follow these simple tips for getting your legs back to shape.

  • 45 minutes of running/brisk walking daily (check out with your doctor if you have heart or breathing problem)
  • Climb up and down stairs for at least 30 minutes daily without break as an alternative to running.
  • Walk more. If you are using public transport, get down a couple of stop before your destination and walk your way to home.
  • Stand with your feet straight and hand on your hips. Take a small jump and lift one of your legs high and land carefully. Repeat with other leg for 3-4 minutes. This is a great leg exercise and best butt burner.
  • Now something for your thighs. Stand with your legs apart with toes outward. Now put your hands on hips and bend body up to the knee level. Remember to keep your back straight while performing this exercise.

All this will require great efforts but the outcome is worth the pain. With toned legs these exercises will also make your body slim.
