There are levels of hair color, which indicate the intensity of lightness or darkness of hair. Darker is the hair lower is the level. Thus, black hair is level 1 and blonde hair is level 11. Identify the level of your hair color, take into account your natural skin tone and the color of your eyes and select a color that will go with the rest and improve the color tone.   9. Light platinum blonde
There are two types of hair dyes-permanent and semi-permanent, with variations in each category. Do not attempt dyeing hair on your own the first time. Blonde color would be quite agreeable on virgin dark brown hair. Red shade attracts plenty of attention. Moreover, hair holds fast on to red-toned pigments well. But, if you are blonde, you will have to make it two or three shades darker than your natural color. Brown is a very safe choice as it suits most of the ladies. Varying the shade with highlights can lead to a wide range of appearances. Black is the easiest of colors to add because the molecules in black tints are larger and covers various types of hair well.
