  1. If your hair is continuously oily, blot it during the day using a blotting paper or just plain paper.
  2. Just because your hair is oily, don not over shampoo it, because the body compensates by producing more oil after you remove all the hair from the hair. Simply lather and rinse and that should be enough.
  3. Do not use too many styling products. They are likely to pull the hair down and make it more wilted. Instead, use only one or none of them

  11. Try avoiding conditioner at the roots of hair; apply in the middle or at the ends.
  12. Use PH- balanced shampoo.
  13. If you have to fix oily hair quickly, then apply some talcum powder to the hair roots. Ensure that you wash it off later.
  14. Add a table spoon of Malt Vinegar to a glass of water. Add a pinch of salt to it. Take two tablespoons of it and gently massage it with your finger tips twice a week. Leave the lotion for one hour. Rinse the hair with cool water and brush it. This helps in toning the hair.
  15. Do not use detergent shampoos.
  16. Use oils only if the cleansing activity leaves your hair dry.
  17. Regularly massage your scalp.
