Unwanted Hair Removal
There are many methods for handling unwanted hair removal. It can be somewhat troublesome to dig through all those options to find the right one for your needs. There are options to think about for each and every area of your body. Knowing which the best product for each area of your body is, is necessary and it makes your job the best of the best in the end.
Here are some things to keep in mind.
- Eye brows: Don’t shave here. The best way to get rid of unwanted eye brow hair is to either pluck it or have it waxed. Shaving will have it growing back within a day or so and since this is not your legs where you can hide it with a pair of pants, it will look bad. Of course, razor burn here is not a good idea either! If this is your first time shaping your eye brows, stop into your local salon and have them do it for you. You’ll get a much better look overall.
- Unwanted facial hair: If you have other areas of your face that have hair on them that you would like to remove, the best method here again is to wax or to pluck. But, be careful. If you have thick hairs that are growing in the wrong part of your body, you may want to see your doctor. These can be a sign of a hormone imbalance, which can be a serious condition. But, if you are after those hairs above your lip, waxing may just be the best way to go.
- Bikini area: If you would like to have a clean shaven bikini area, the best thing to do is to wax. For a less painful method, go with sugaring rather than using chemicals. Chemicals can cause more sting and more allergic reactions. You do not want to shave here as it will itch and grow back quickly. Waxing is the best way to go.
- Leg hair: In this area of your body, unwanted hair can be removed in any way that you would like to. You can shave, which means that you’ll be shaving at least a few times per week. Or, you can use chemical products or waxing to remove hair for longer periods of time. In either case, you’ll need to pay close attention to the details.
You can also remove unwanted hair through laser treatments if you would like. This can be the closest thing to permanent hair removal as possible. Seek out the help of a professional to find out if it will work for your unwanted hair.
